Bob has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and completes frequent visits to all KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX job sites to ensure that each site complies with OSHA 1926/1910. He establishes and enforces safety standards and policies as needed, watching out for the safety of all workers to protect them from hazardous situations. Bob also trains and carries out drills on how to manage potential emergency situations. He serves as the link between state and local agencies and contractors and receives reports from and responds to orders issued by Department of Labor Inspectors. Bob conducts investigations of all accidents and near misses, and responds to all employees’ safety concerns.
