Matt has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years; he has worked for developers, general contractors, engineering firms, owners and subcontractors in design, estimating and project management of a variety of projects. Matt has worked on commercial, retail, medical, educational, automotive and industrial projects.
His estimating work has included budgets, conceptual estimating, hard bids and negotiated work. In addition to estimating, Matt has a strong electrical and mechanical background with design capabilities of these trades and the ability to bring projects from concept through completion.
