Columbia Center is one of Metro Detroit’s premier office locations. This 20-acre campus consists of twin thirteen-story office towers with a connecting link, a three-level parking structure (over 800 spaces, with direct covered access to each tower), a mid-rise standalone office building, a medical clinic, a banking center, and a variety of walkable restaurants.

The Columbia Center is perfectly situated in the heart of Big Beaver business corridor. The corridor is home to a wonderful array of restaurants and hotels, including the Troy Marriott, perfectly positioned directly across the street from the campus. Additionally, this area boasts one of the country’s most luxurious retail centers – The Somerset Collection.
