KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX are pleased to share that the Global Dow Center project and our landscape architecture partner, Grissim Metz Andriese Associates, have been honored with a Merit Award from the Michigan Chapter of ASLA, the American Society of Landscape Architects, in the category of General Design.
The Dow Chemical Company selected KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX to design and manage a campus beautification project as a part of the completion of the Global Dow Center, and H.H. Dow Heritage & Visitor Center. The public view and connectivity of Dow’s campus has been greatly improved with a re-positioning of a detention basin, the planting and re-foresting of over 2,000 trees, and the repositioning of entry drives for visitors to Dow’s striking campus. The Visitor Center and updated landscaping will greatly improve campus connectivity for Dow employees and visitors and creates an impactful grand entrance to the Dow campus.
