Candlewood Suites

KIRCO MANIX constructed the 62,000 square foot, 125 unit Candlewood Hotel in Southfield, Michigan with a project cost of $4.4 million. It was a phase of a larger site development project consisting of a four-story 88,717 square foot Class A office building.

KIRCO also built a 60,000 square foot, 125 unit Candlewood Hotel in Troy, Michigan, with a project cost of $4.5 million. Both of these hotels are rated in the top five in the country for quality.
