Las Vegas Distribution Facility

KIRCO MANIX has been selected to build two cross dock facilities in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The first building on this project is an 85,125 square foot facility with 147 truck bays, a small office, and separate 13,860 square foot Maintenance Shop & Fuel Station. The second will be 61,805 square feet with 83 truck bays and an attached Office/Shop.

This will be the first Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) allowed in the North Las Vegas area. KIRCO MANIX worked hard to secure a variance for this, as the location is in a predominantly commercial area with other warehouse type facilities, and promised to upgrade the exterior façade to a pre-insulated metal panel that gives a stone appearance from the road. The team is also including some design elements (alternate colors, stepping the façade for more depth, etc.), that gave the Municipality assurance that the building would be aesthetically pleasing.
