Level One Bank Headquarters

Level One Bank consolidated operations into a new corporate headquarters in December 2012, bringing together Level One associates from two separate office locations. KIRCO MANIX provided construction services to upgrade 26,864 square feet of the headquarters, renovating the building to provide them with a bright, modern interior, which includes full glass-front offices.

To assist in the daily operations of the property, KIRCO was selected in February 2013 to provide property management services for Level One Bank’s corporate headquarters and 16 branch offices throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties. In total, KIRCO manages 135,726 square feet for Level One Bank and continues to improve the employee and customer experience by maintaining the outstanding facilities.
