Level One Bank consolidated their operations into a new corporate headquarters in December 2012, bringing together associates from two office locations. To assist in daily operations, KIRCO was selected in February 2013 to provide property management services for the headquarters building and branch offices. In total, KIRCO manages over 135,000 square feet for Level One and continues to improve the employee and customer experience by maintaining the outstanding facilities. KIRCO provides full maintenance services for the headquarters while maintaining the Level One image as the owner’s representative at the 16 branches throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties.
In addition, KIRCO MANIX provided construction services to renovate 26,864 square feet of the headquarters building, renovating the building to provide them with a bright, modern interior, which includes full glass-front offices.
