Michigan Institute of Urology

To secure a renewed lease with the Michigan Institute of Urology, the KIRCO team negotiated with not only MIU but also Beaumont and the Township of West Bloomfield to obtain approvals and variances to add MIU signage to the building; as well as negotiating with Beaumont to add an Internal Medicine group to the building.

From there, and following space planning activities, KIRCO MANIX had just three months to completely demo three existing offices and build out the new space. KIRCO Management and PCI joined together to ensure this project was a success while still maintaining KIRCO MANIX and building owner best-in-class standards

The renovation cost about $1.1M and was completed on time. KIRCO’s West Bloomfield Building Engineer assumed the responsibility for daily on-site project management and was instrumental in the success of the project and meeting the project deadline.
