The Medical Pavilion at National Harbor is a five-story medical office building located in the highly coveted National Harbor District. National Harbor is a mixed use development along the Potomac River across from Washington DC. It includes a large conference center, casino, shops, eateries, and entertainment.
The Pavilion will include a 19,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center operated by Adventist HealthCare, a 19,000 square foot specialty center operated by the University of Maryland Medical School, and a large orthopedic practice.
