Quinn Kiriluk and Global Dow Center Panel Honored with CoreNet Luminary Award for Excellence

Quinn Kiriluk, KIRCO’s EVP, Corporate Real Estate & Chief Marketing Officer, was recently awarded CoreNet’s Luminary Award for Excellence for his recent presentation about KIRCO’s award-winning development and construction of the Global Dow Center.

The award is given to speakers rated in the top 10% by those in attendance. Also honored as part of the  the panel-style presentation were Brian Richard (Kirksey Architecture), Thomas Sonk, and Frank Kayden (both speaking as part of Dow’s Project Team).

The presentation, titled “New Facilities – Developer-Based Solutions Mitigate Risk and Re-Define “Experience” took place at the 2019 CoreNet Global Summit on October 22.

During the presentation, the panel highlighted the Global Dow Center to illustrate, with the right team out of the gate, a developer-lead journey saves money, enhances design beyond the project at-hand, and creates an incredible user experience.
