KIRCO Chairman Alan Kiriluk and CEO/President Matt Kiriluk Recognized by Business as Detroit 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders

Alan Kiriluk, Chairman, and Matt Kiriluk, President/CEO, were selected to be listed in the Real Estate category of the DBusiness Detroit 500 for the sixth consecutive year. 

Alan Kiriluk began his career working in his father’s earthwork, paving, and road construction business. In the 1970s, he founded KIRCO, successfully expanding the family business to include the development of office buildings and corporate build-to-suit projects.

Matt Kiriluk started working for KIRCO at the age of 13 and has held a variety of roles, including construction project management, leasing, development, and finance. He joined the company full time in 1992. Since then, KIRCO has expanded to provide commercial real estate development, construction, and property management expertise nationwide, with project experience across 20 states.

DBusiness Magazine identifies the the 500 most powerful executives in more than 30 industries across metro Detroit and Michigan in an annual report. The highly selective biographical database is based on several facets of business, including the size of a given company or organization, growth rate, geographical reach, and extensive personal contacts.

Recipients were honored at the Detroit 500 Soiree event on August 10, 2023.
