On June 1, the team at KIRCO & KIRCO MANIX welcomed our broker partners to the fifth annual Broker Appreciation Cocktail Hour at M1 Concourse in Pontiac.
Guests of the event networked and mingled with food and drinks at the state-of-the-art motorsports events center. Prominently featured in the space was CIO Dean Kiriluk‘s Formula Continental, in which he reaches speeds of 140 miles per hour amid some of the country’s best amateur racers.
Those invited also had the opportunity to ride shotgun as a professional driver steered at full speed around the 1.5 mile long M1 Concourse track.
Matt Kiriluk, (President & CEO of KIRCO), Douglas Manix (President of KIRCO MANIX Construction) and Quinn Kiriluk (Executive Vice President of Business Development & Chief Marketing Officer), addressed the crowd to thank them for their partnerships and to share KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX’s latest successes. “The reason we’re here,” said Matt Kiriluk in his remarks, “is really to say thank you to all of you. We are really grateful to you. We know for certain we wouldn’t be here nearly 50 years later if it wasn’t for the relationships we have with all of you, and the help that you’ve provided us over the years. At the end of the day it’s really not about buildings; we think it’s really what these buildings do for communities and for people.”
