Douglas W. Manix serves as President of KIRCO MANIX Construction, which was formed with the merger of KIRCO Construction and Campbell/Manix, Inc. in 2009. Before the merger, Doug was President of Campbell/Manix, Inc., a design/build construction company with roots that extended back to 1929. Prior to being named President in 1988, he held several positions in field operations, sales, and estimating. During his time as President of Campbell/Manix, the company grew to an annual sales volume of $100 million and had projects throughout the Midwest in a wide variety of market segments. The company built automotive tech centers, industrial buildings, hotels, condominiums, retail projects, churches, and financial institutions.
Doug’s responsibilities include implementing strategic growth plans, sales, customer relations, and general business oversight.
