Therese has over 25 years of leadership in senior human resource management roles. She recently joined KIRCO, bringing broad based experience as an entrepreneur, learning officer, human resource leader and diversity champion. For the last 10 years Therese has successfully run her own consulting company, supporting her clients in the areas of executive coaching, leadership, organization development and human resources strategy.
Therese is responsible for overseeing our talent recruiting, training, development and culture as well as the traditional human resources areas of benefits, compensation and overall personnel policies.
