Dave has nearly 30 years of experience managing real estate and property management operations.
Dave has responsibility for the asset management functions for the portfolio of properties managed by KIRCO. This includes both owned properties and properties KIRCO manages for third party clients. More specifically, he’s responsible for the properties’ financial performance, leasing transactions, and the overall customer experience when visiting the properties. Dave is also responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with current and prospective customers through the support of the property management staff and his direct interactions with clients. He is responsible for actively focusing on the continual enhancement of the physical environments of the properties as well as their competitive standing within the marketplace. Additionally, Dave maintains a leadership role in the development of new healthcare properties.
Dave also has responsibility for the daily operations and asset management functions for SK Medical Management, a partnership between KIRCO and Seavest Healthcare Properties focused on delivering outstanding property management services for healthcare properties.
