Divine Child Auditorium Renovation

Dearborn, MI

This project required original 60-year old seating be replaced by modern auditorium seating. In addition, the stage floor had suffered water damage from a flood and KIRCO MANIX assisted in replacing the floor. With KIRCO MANIX’s advice, it was deemed that it was the most efficient time to modernize house lighting systems while the floor was under construction, while also refreshing the carpet, and paint of walls, flooring and ceiling. This project commenced and was completed during the summer of 2015.

Project Features:

  • 598 seats (140 seats set up for classroom use with tablet arm writing surfaces)
  • ADA compliant
  • Updated with dimmable LED cove lighting in ceiling and standard house lighting
  • Updated paint and carpet finishes throughout
