Thyssen Krupp

This 71,000 square foot project was a KIRCO initiated land assembly project of a site that had excellent freeway frontage with some site constraints. The site was very shallow creating some design challenges for adequate distribution of parking. KIRCO resolved a tight time table and winter conditions by challenging traditional construction methods. The KIRCO delivery model helped accommodate an additional interior design change by the client in the midst of construction without a delay in completion. The building incorporates floor to ceiling glass to create a first class working environment.
