Secrest Wardle

This 45,000 square foot interior build out was for Secrest Wardle, a century old law firm. The space was previously occupied by a medical device firm and many of the existing features were very high quality, though not necessarily typical for a law office. For both aesthetic and cost saving reasons, the decision was made to reuse and in some cases modify existing items, such as the interior maple doors, which were refinished to reflect the furniture that would be used.

The award-winning interior renovation achieved what the partners envisioned, improved accessibility and interoffice operation and communication with their personnel and clients. One of the primary compliments the partners receive is “you never feel like you are in a law office” when visiting.
