Rayconnect

Rayconnect is a 51,551 square foot, state-of-the art manufacturing facility for a world wide leader of fluid handling products and quick connectors within the automotive and heavy duty vehicle industry.

CHALLENGES:

• The exacting requirements of integrating new mechanical and electrical systems with the owner’s process piping and press system required extreme attention to detail and coordination
• Limited site space and unusual storm water requirements called for unique solutions that were managed and coordinated by KIRCO MANIX Construction to the satisfaction of the owner and the local municipality
• Meeting LEED Gold Certification standards.

LEED:

This project achieved LEED Gold Certification for its reduction in energy use, water demand, recycled material and other sustainable strategies. Being a LEED Certified building demonstrates Rayconnect’s commitment to environmental responsibility and drove every aspect in the design and construction facility.
