KIRCO MANIX recently completed a 30,000 square foot addition for Rayconnect in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Rayconnect is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of fluid handling quick connectors within the automotive and heavy duty truck industry with locations in France and the United States. KIRCO MANIX constructed their original LEED Gold facility in 2009. The additional space will allow Rayconnect to expand their manufacturing, assembly, and warehousing operations. The addition is placed over an existing storm retention area which required the construction of an underground storm water retention system.
