DaVita Healthcare Dialysis Center

KIRCO MANIX renovated a 7,096 square foot space for DaVita Dialysis. The facility has eight dialysis stations for “in center” dialysis and four private treatment rooms where staff can train patients who would prefer home hemodialysis. Each dialysis chair has a TV so patients can watch TV while receiving treatment. Additionally, there is a dietitian room for the center’s dietitian to talk to the patients about kidney diet management. The suite has three private restrooms and a newly constructed dropoff area.
