KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX Announce Completion of the New H. H. Dow Visitors and Heritage Center at the Global Dow Center, Headquarters of The Dow Chemical Company
KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX announce the completion of the H. H. Dow Visitors and Heritage Center, and 800-foot pedestrian link, both extensions of The Dow Chemical Company’s recently completed state-of-the-art Global Dow Center headquarters and the company’s significant reinvestment in its Midland, Mich. campus.

According to Kiriluk, amidst construction of the new headquarters, Dow tasked KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX to lead a design discovery with the primary goal of enhancing connectivity of its sprawling campus.
“Our design team devised several dramatically-different options for Dow’s consideration, each of which accompanied a detailed summary analysis of pros, cons and implications,” Kiriluk said. “The H.H. Dow Visitors and Heritage Center has fundamentally transformed the century-old campus, creating dynamic interconnectivity for thousands of employees and offers a world-class experience to countless visitors from around the globe.”
The H. H. Dow Visitors and Heritage Center greatly improves campus connectivity, collaboration and access to campus-wide resources. Additionally, it offers an interactive, awe-inspiring experience for the thousands of visitors that travel to Dow’s campus. Technology and features of the center include a state-of-the-art 52-foot-wide live video wall and sound system, an interactive heritage wall, display cases featuring rare artifacts from Dow’s long history, visitor reception/credentialing, and conference rooms overlooking the Global Dow Center’s contoured landscaping and decorative water feature.
