KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX recently developed and constructed the newest senior living community in Madison, Alabama, just 10 miles outside of downtown Huntsville.

Operated by Beztak, Monark Grove Madison offers 105 independent living apartments and 27 memory care residences. The active, resort-style community features many amenities, including: an outdoor pool; wellness center; industry-leading dining experience; pub; beauty salon and spa; yoga studio; outdoor pickleball and bocce ball courts; and more.

KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX recently completed the development and construction of the newest senior living community in Birmingham, Alabama. Monark Grove Greystone, operated by Beztak, the best-in-class residence offers a total of 137 units: 63 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units.

The resort-style residence includes an indoor pool, a wellness center, an industry leading dining experience, an arts and crafts room, a theater, game rooms, pubs, a full-service salon and spa, and a yoga studio. Outdoor amenities include pickle ball and bocce ball courts, as well as outdoor dining and kitchen areas.

KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX recently developed and constructed Monark Grove Clarkston, a best-in-class senior living on a heavily wooded 17-acre site in Clarkston, Michigan. The 164-unit senior living community offers three levels of care including: 77 independent living units; 49 assisted living units; and 22 memory care units. The community features a French-country inspired architectural style, an abundance of natural light, and high-end interior finishes in both the common areas and individual residences.

KIRCO recently acquired Legacy Reserve at Fritz Farm, a class-A, stabilized senior living community that offers a luxurious and vibrant lifestyle to residents. Built in 2017, this state-of-the-art community boasts 167 units, including 114 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and 15 memory care units. The range of care offered meets the diverse needs of its residents and provides an aging-in-place model for continuity of their care as needs change.

The community provides high-quality amenities, services, and care options, allowing residents to comfortably enjoy their senior years to the fullest. Amenities include indoor pool, fitness center, theatre, full service salon, and more.

KIRCO acquired Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner, a 91-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Boston, MA metropolitan area. The facility presented a compelling opportunity for KIRCO to acquire a community at approximately 45% below replacement cost; the community is also located in an underserved market featuring the highest senior housing occupancy and some of the strongest incomes in the country.

KIRCO transformed the community with a $4 million investment in the revitalization of common spaces for the betterment of future residents, their families, and the community. Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner now stands proudly as the most modern, family-friendly senior living community in the area, offering a superior overall value.
