KIRCO MANIX was selected by BJ’s Wholesale Club to construct three 100,000-square-foot clubs and gas stations in Madison Heights, Taylor, and Chesterfield as part of the retailer’s expansion into Eastern Michigan. The Madison Heights and Taylor locations opened in late 2019, while the Chesterfield location opened in summer 2020.
The new facilities offer a broad selection of groceries, household essentials, technology, and apparel, along with convenient shopping options such as digital coupons, same-day grocery delivery, and online ordering with in-club pickup. The expansion was expected to create approximately 300 new jobs in the region.
