KIRCO partnered with the Stroh family to reimagine the former 23-acre Stroh Brewery site in Detroit, creating a vision that honored the property’s historic character while introducing a modern corporate campus. The result was Brewery Park, a three-phase, 371,307-square-foot redevelopment that blends Class A office space, park-like surroundings, and architectural elements inspired by the site’s brewing heritage.
Once viewed as a symbol of economic decline, the abandoned brewery site has been transformed into one of the nation’s notable urban reclamation projects. Today, Brewery Park serves as a thriving business campus, supporting leading companies and thousands of jobs while standing as a lasting symbol of Detroit’s renewal and growth.
