Bridge Valley is a 296-acre residential community near Clarkston, Michigan, offering a secluded setting among rolling hills while remaining close to local shopping, dining, and major transportation routes. When complete, the development will feature 139 estate-sized homesites averaging approximately 1.5 acres.
KIRCO transformed the challenging site by coordinating utility infrastructure across two townships, including the installation of sewer service beneath I-75. The project also preserved the area’s natural character through the donation of a 50-acre nature preserve to the Independence Land Conservancy.
Award Recognition: This project earned prestigious industry recognition, including the MAPO/MAPA Bricks and Mortar Planning Award and the Johanna Roskopp Award, honoring excellence in planning, development, and community impact.
