KIRCO acquired Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner, a 91-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Boston, MA metropolitan area. The facility presented a compelling opportunity for KIRCO to acquire a community at approximately 45% below replacement cost; the community is also located in an underserved market featuring the highest senior housing occupancy and some of the strongest incomes in the country.
KIRCO transformed the community with a $4 million investment in the revitalization of common spaces for the betterment of future residents, their families, and the community.
