This 6,500 square foot, full-service credit union branch was specially designed to provide members with the best possible experience. It features a welcoming “hometown” theme and will serve as a model for all future DFCU branches. The exterior features attractive brick, granite, and stone piers. The warm interior design includes glass, millwork, and wood paneling.

Meadowbrook / Ameritrust

Meadowbrook Plaza is located in Southfield, Michigan, and is part of a nine-acre condominium office complex featuring approximately 160,000 square feet of premier Class A office space. Designed to provide a high-quality professional environment, the development serves as a prominent business destination within the city.

The first phase of the project included the construction of a three-story, 72,000-square-foot office building, originally developed as the corporate headquarters for Meadowbrook Inc., now AmeriTrust. The project’s quality and impact were recognized with the City of Southfield’s Large Development of the Year award.

Galloup

KIRCO MANIX recently completed Galloup’s new office and distribution facility in Clinton Township, Michigan. With nine facilities in Michigan and Ohio, Galloup is an industrial distributor of pipes, valves and fittings.
