Doeren Mayhew

Doeren Mayhew is a 77,211-square-foot office building managed by KIRCO that recently underwent a 63,000-square-foot renovation led by KIRCO MANIX, including a lobby remodel, structural modifications for I-75 signage visibility, and interior modernization. The building also features an advanced LED lighting system for daylight harvesting and reduced energy use, along with updated amenity spaces such as an ornamental stairwell and bar/lounge area.

KIRCO Management Services provides ongoing operations and maintenance, including housekeeping, snow removal, landscaping, HVAC, safety and security services, with additional improvements planned to support future tenant needs.

Meadowbrook Plaza is located in Southfield, Michigan, and is part of a nine-acre condominium office complex featuring approximately 160,000 square feet of premier Class A office space. Designed to provide a high-quality professional environment, the development serves as a prominent business destination within the city.

The first phase of the project included the construction of a three-story, 72,000-square-foot office building, originally developed as the corporate headquarters for Meadowbrook Inc., now AmeriTrust. The project’s quality and impact were recognized with the City of Southfield’s Large Development of the Year award.

Galloup

KIRCO MANIX recently completed Galloup’s new office and distribution facility in Clinton Township, Michigan. With nine facilities in Michigan and Ohio, Galloup is an industrial distributor of pipes, valves and fittings.
