KIRCO acquired this vacant 142,849-square-foot office building in 2011 and redeveloped it into a premier outpatient medical center anchored by Henry Ford Health System in Dearborn, Michigan. Henry Ford expanded its presence by occupying the entire third floor, adding 53,000 square feet and enhancing services including Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Pain Management, Speech Therapy, and Dermatology.

The Class A medical office building also houses OptimEyes, Ophthalmology, Pharmacy, Lab, Rehabilitation Services, Pediatrics, Radiology, and Women’s Health. Since its redevelopment, the property has earned multiple honors, including the Dearborn City Beautiful Award and the National HREI Insights Award.

Seavest and KIRCO acquired this $30 million, 153,231-square-foot building in 2012, placing it under contract on November 24 and closing just 24 days later. The facility is a strategic hub within the Beaumont Health Ambulatory Network and features a state-of-the-art 25,000-square-foot Surgery Center with overnight stay capabilities.

The center offers a comprehensive range of clinical services, including Diagnostic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Urology, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, ENT, Cardiology, Dermatology, Pharmacy, Dental, Vein Care, Physical Therapy, and Urgent Care. KIRCO MANIX completed Wayne State University’s 15,000-square-foot Family Medicine Residency Clinic, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support a patient-centered approach to healthcare and medical education.

The clinic features 24 technology-equipped exam rooms, procedure rooms, classrooms, faculty offices, and a hospital-connected vacuum tube system, all within a warm, welcoming environment that enhances both patient care and resident training.

The Warde Laboratory facility is located at State Street Business Park Buildings 11 & 12 in Pittsfield Township, Michigan. The building is approximately 53,000 square feet with Warde Laboratory taking a total of approximately 40,000 square feet, made up of 30,000 square feet for medical labs and 10,000 square feet of office space.
