Located at Lapeer Road (M-24) and Scripps Road, Orion Commons is a central destination on Lake Orion’s main thoroughfare, Lapeer Road (M-24). Lapeer Road circulates traffic north and south from I-75, as the main access road to the northern communities of Oxford, Lapeer, and Metamora. Pulte Homes is developing 100 single- family homes and 92 duplexes at the rear of the site (approximately 74 acres) to accommodate the increasing demand for housing along this corridor while the frontage along Lapeer Road (M-24) is reserved for retail (approximately 11.5 acres).

The retail portion, with 100% visibility, offers restaurants and retailers the opportunity to be part of a new and high quality KIRCO/Lormax Stern development.

Village Lakes

Village Lakes combines over 150,000 square feet of retail space and a 75,000 square foot medical office building to create an approximately 28 acre mixed-use project. The shopping center is located on the southeast quadrant of Highland (M-59) and Elizabeth Lake Road in White Lake Township, Michigan.

Tenants include Marshalls, Famous Footwear, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, The Root Restaurant & Bar, JC Penney, Verizon, Sally Beauty, GNC, Medical Weight Loss Clinic, and Trinity Health.

Westborn Market

Westborn Fruit Market was renovated and enlarged by KIRCO MANIX in 2005. The 10,000 square foot addition allowed Westborn to begin a food preparation service, introduce fresh baked and dessert goods, and expand its deli department. Westborn also upgraded the architectural features of the facility during the renovation and improved the retail flower market; the expansion enabled patio sales of fresh flowers and nursery products. The expansion and renovation were constructed without business interruption. This project is one of many completed for Westborn Market, including the ground-up construction of their Livonia, Michigan store.

Telcom Credit Union

KIRCO MANIX constructed Telcom’s 34,000 square foot corporate headquarters and branch operation with drive-up capabilities. This building includes remote teller stations, real estate lending, and retail branch operations. The high-end facility is constructed using first class finishes such as custom wood paneling with stainless accents, which give the building a feeling of warmth and a look of elegance.
