Wilton Connor Packaging partnered with KIRCO to develop a campus-style headquarters and manufacturing environment designed to support future growth while maintaining operational efficiency. The master plan called for up to 1.6 million square feet of flexible office and manufacturing space, featuring a contemporary design aligned with the company’s collaborative leadership culture.

KIRCO assisted with site selection, master planning, design, and implementation, creating a long-term development strategy consisting of four separate facilities. An ownership structure was also established to secure additional land needed to support the full campus vision.

New Albany

KIRCO acquired three office buildings totaling over 420,000 square feet in New Albany, Ohio, just outside the city of Columbus. The offices are conveniently located a short distance from the city’s newest and best amenities. Each building offers a modern work environment with clean flowing lines, natural light and open space. After undergoing extensive interior renovations, each building now offers high quality craftsmanship and finishes.

Meadowbrook / Ameritrust

Meadowbrook Plaza is located in Southfield, Michigan, and is part of a nine-acre condominium office complex featuring approximately 160,000 square feet of premier Class A office space. Designed to provide a high-quality professional environment, the development serves as a prominent business destination within the city.

The first phase of the project included the construction of a three-story, 72,000-square-foot office building, originally developed as the corporate headquarters for Meadowbrook Inc., now AmeriTrust. The project’s quality and impact were recognized with the City of Southfield’s Large Development of the Year award.

Galloup

KIRCO MANIX recently completed Galloup’s new office and distribution facility in Clinton Township, Michigan. With nine facilities in Michigan and Ohio, Galloup is an industrial distributor of pipes, valves and fittings.
