Doeren Mayhew

Doeren Mayhew is a 77,211 square foot office building managed by KIRCO and also recently underwent major renovations with KIRCO MANIX.

KIRCO MANIX’s completion of a 60,000 square foot renovation project on the building took about ten months and included remodeling and reconstruction of the main lobby to suit the contemporary look of the building. Doeren Mayhew wanted to establish signage presence on the three sides of the building that are visible from I-75. KIRCO MANIX modified the superstructure of the building to accommodate this requirement.

The building contains one of the largest LED lighting systems that has been installed in a local office which allows for daylight harvesting and results in reduced energy consumption. Other features of the office building include an ornamental stairwell and a bar/lounge area with terrace style windows, which open to the outside. KIRCO MANIX is preparing to begin additional improvement work within the building as Doeren Mayhew accommodates team members relocating to their new facilities.
