Monark Grove Madison (formerly called Madison Crossings) is a 132-unit, best-in-class senior living community. The residence, operated by Beztak, consists of 105 independent living apartments and 27 specialized apartments for memory care. Of the independent living units, 52 are being flexibly designed to permit their future conversion to assisted living units, should market conditions warrant.

Monark Grove Madison offers independent and memory care service levels, and provides residents with enriching and top-tier amenities that elevate their daily lifestyle; such as pickleball and bocce ball courts, an outdoor pool, arts and crafts studio, movie theater, full-service salon, and more.
