Palm Restaurant

The development plan of creating an upscale restaurant in Troy, Michigan required the integration of an old 220,000 square foot adjacent office building with a new 18,000 square foot addition. KIRCO provided development and construction management services to redesign the site plan to accommodate the retail circulation requirements and ultimately extend the economic life of the existing office building by 20 to 30 years.
