- Vice President, Corporate Real Estate, KIRCO MANIX
Adam Manix serves as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at KIRCO MANIX, where he leads business development efforts focused on identifying new construction and corporate real estate opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term client relationships.
Adam brings a unique combination of commercial real estate and construction experience to his role. He began his career with Colliers International as an industrial real estate broker, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Metro Detroit. As the third generation of the Manix family in the business, Adam also carries forward a longstanding commitment to the relationships and client service that have helped shape KIRCO MANIX.
Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College and an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is also Procore Certified and has been involved with industry and professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
