Alan Kiriluk is the founder and chairman of KIRCO. He began his career working as a subcontractor in paving and road construction for his father’s business, gaining firsthand experience in the industry that would ultimately shape his approach to development and construction. Alan later expanded the business into office construction and corporate build-to-suit projects, laying the foundation for KIRCO’s continued growth. Since its founding in 1974, KIRCO has built a reputation for quality and integrity, expanding its capabilities and presence across the country.

Today, KIRCO provides a single-source approach to real estate, offering development, construction, and property management services to clients nationwide.
