Dean Kiriluk

Dean Kiriluk serves as Chief Investment Officer of KIRCO, providing strategic leadership for the company’s investment activities and portfolio while overseeing key real estate transactions, capitalization, development, asset management, and leasing initiatives.
Having grown up in the family business, Dean developed an early understanding of KIRCO’s operations and the commercial real estate industry. His experience spans nearly every facet of the business, including asset and property management, leasing, construction, real estate finance, acquisitions, and development. After joining KIRCO full time in 1999, Dean spent a decade leading the company’s Carolina operations, where he was responsible for market and land analysis, development feasibility, government approvals, design development, and investment financing.
Dean returned to KIRCO’s corporate headquarters in 2010 to serve as Chief Investment Officer. In this role, he helps guide the strategic direction and long-term performance of KIRCO’s real estate portfolio, with responsibilities spanning major lease transactions, build-to-suit developments, property capitalization and disposition strategies, commercial real estate finance, and asset management. He also provides leadership for KIRCO’s senior housing investments and initiatives.
Dean earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and both his Juris Doctor and MBA from Wayne State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Dean is also involved with industry organizations including NAIOP and the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
