Lisa Panzenhagen

Lisa Panzenhagen serves as Vice President of SK Medical Management Operations, leading property management operations and client services for a portfolio of owned and third-party healthcare properties.

With more than 20 years of experience managing complex healthcare real estate portfolios, Lisa brings extensive expertise in property operations, client and owner relations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. Prior to joining KIRCO in 2008, she managed property operations for a 2.2-million-square-foot portfolio with St. John Health System/Ascension, providing her with a deep understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare environments.

Today, Lisa leads the SK Medical Management team, overseeing property management operations while working closely with owners, health systems, and physician practices to deliver a high level of service across the portfolio. Her responsibilities include client and owner relations, financial planning and reporting, budgeting, contract and vendor management, regulatory compliance, and the development of property management policies and procedures. She also plays an important role in fostering a collaborative team culture focused on operational excellence and a best-in-class experience for clients and occupants.

Lisa earned an associate degree in Merchandising and Marketing from Macomb Community College and holds a real estate license. She has also completed continuing education in healthcare regulatory requirements, finance, and management and is involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
