Matt Coughenour serves as Asset & Acquisitions Manager for KIRCO’s senior housing portfolio, supporting the company’s investment, development, acquisition, and asset management activities.
Since joining KIRCO in 2018, Matt has played an integral role in evaluating new investment and development opportunities, with responsibilities spanning market research, site selection, financial modeling, budgeting, and financial projections. He leads acquisition efforts for KIRCO’s senior housing portfolio and supports the ongoing performance of existing assets, working closely with operating partners to help drive operational and financial results.
Matt also supports KIRCO’s investment and capitalization efforts by coordinating with lenders, investors, and equity partners and preparing financial analyses and investment materials. Prior to joining KIRCO, he worked as a real estate analyst with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, where he underwrote and evaluated office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use assets, building a strong foundation in commercial real estate investment analysis.
