Matt Kiriluk

Matt Kiriluk serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of KIRCO, providing strategic leadership across the organization and overseeing its real estate development, construction, property management, and investment activities.

Having grown up in the family business, Matt developed an early understanding of KIRCO’s operations and the commercial real estate industry. He went on to gain experience across construction project management, leasing, development, and finance before joining KIRCO full time in 1992. Under his leadership, KIRCO has grown from approximately 24 associates to more than 100 professionals, expanded its presence from Michigan into markets across the United States, and diversified beyond its office development roots into corporate real estate, industrial, retail, healthcare, and senior living.

Matt has also played a key role in several defining milestones for KIRCO, including the formation of KIRCO MANIX and the development of major projects such as Dow’s global headquarters. His leadership continues to guide the company’s growth while advancing the long-term relationships, disciplined approach, and Ownership Mentality that have defined KIRCO for more than 50 years.

Matt earned a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Hillsdale College. He has also completed graduate-level studies at Harvard University and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Michigan. Matt has been recognized by DBusiness as a Detroit 500 honoree from 2018 through 2025 and has served in leadership and advisory roles with several industry and community organizations.
