Therese Peace Agboh

Therese Peace Agboh serves as Vice President of Talent & Culture at KIRCO, leading the company’s strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a culture that supports both individual and organizational success.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Therese brings a broad background spanning human resources, executive coaching, leadership development, organizational strategy, and talent development. Prior to joining KIRCO, she founded and led T.M. Peace & Associates, where she advised organizations and executives on leadership, organizational development, and human resources strategy. Her career also includes senior leadership roles with AAA and Comerica Bank, where she led learning and development initiatives.

At KIRCO, Therese oversees talent acquisition, employee development, organizational culture, compensation and benefits, and human resources strategy. She works closely with leadership across the organization to strengthen KIRCO’s culture, develop its people, and ensure the company continues to build the talent and capabilities needed to support its long-term growth.

Therese earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She is also an ICF Associate Certified Coach and holds additional certifications in leadership assessment and development. Throughout her career, Therese has been recognized for her leadership and community involvement, including being named a Michigan Chronicle Women of Excellence honoree and receiving recognition from Corp! Magazine for her leadership.
