As a member of the Kiriluk family, Dean’s experience in the company dates back to his early teen years. Over time, he has held a variety of roles and responsibilities, including asset management, property management, leasing, construction, real estate finance, acquisitions and development. After joining KIRCO full time in 1999, Dean spent ten years leading KIRCO’s Carolina office. His specific involvement included land and market analysis, development and economic feasibilities, government approvals, design development and investment financing. Dean returned to KIRCO’s corporate headquarters in 2010 using his extensive experience to further impact the organization as its Chief Investment Officer.
As KIRCO’s Chief Investment Officer, Dean oversees the strategic direction of KIRCO’s portfolio and leads KIRCO’s senior housing division. Responsibilities include major lease transaction, build-to-suits, property capitalization, potential disposition, asset management, development principal, commercial real estate finance, and leasing.
