Shelby Creek Medical Center

Shelby Creek Medical Center is a three-story, Class A medical facility that extends the clinical expertise of McLaren Macomb to Northern Macomb County. The center provides family practice services, cardiology, physical therapy, and advanced diagnostic imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and mobile MRI.

The facility features medical services on the first floor, leasable office space on the second floor, and is home to Allure Medical on the third floor, creating a comprehensive healthcare destination for the community.

Shelby Creek

This 383,400 square foot complex houses several retail, lifestyle, and food choices for its customers. The popular shopping destination has ample parking with the ability to accommodate more than 1,700 vehicles on its 49.3 acres. Shelby Creek is located in an exceptional growth area of Shelby Township bordered by Van Dyke Freeway (M-53) and 26 Mile Road. A full service interchange at M-53 allows for easy access for customers.

Tenants include: Home Depot, Bath & Body Works, Chili’s, Michael’s, Citizens Bank, Five Guys, Target, Sprint, Panera Bread, Kohl’s, Forever Nails Tanning & Salon, Willow Sushi, and Redhouse Salon.

Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC

This 8,800 square foot display and showroom addition to the Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Dealership in Farmington Hills, Michigan is a testament to the owner’s vision, substantial financial investment and Sellers’ long term commitment to their community, customers and employees.

Secrest Wardle

This 45,000-square-foot interior build-out transformed a former medical device office into the new home of Secrest Wardle, reusing and refinishing existing high-quality features to achieve both cost savings and a customized design.

The award-winning renovation enhanced accessibility, collaboration, and client experience, earning the Troy Chamber of Commerce’s Best of Troy Award for creating a welcoming space that feels unlike a traditional law office.

Savoie Staging Facility

KIRCO MANIX was selected by Mike Savoie Chevrolet to renovate an existing AT&T service building into a new office space separate from their public dealership storefronts. This updated space expanded the company’s offices, provides more vehicle storage and additionally houses vehicle a service center.

Sacred Heart

Sacred Heart Catholic Church is located in Dearborn, Michigan. The building facade was designed and constructed to blend with the existing church. A parish hall was added that converts to three meeting areas, and includes a kitchen. A parish library and nursery were also a part of the structure.

A former garage was converted and attached to the church to house two-full service restrooms. A public alley was also converted to a pedestrian plaza. As a part of the project, a renovation of the main power distribution system was undertaken in six of seven buildings on the campus, and the phone and data systems of parish offices. The two school buildings was completely renovated as well.

Sabo USA, Inc.

Sabo’s first manufacturing facility in the United States consisted of 3,400 square feet corporate office space, 30,000 square feet manufacturing area, and 7,400 square feet warehouse and distribution.

SMR

KIRCO MANIX completed a 24,000-square-foot industrial addition for Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR), housing a sophisticated automotive paint line that required extensive coordination with the owner and process vendors.

The project also included a dedicated underground fire water collection system and a 20-foot-deep process pit. Through proactive planning and coordination, the facility was completed on schedule despite challenging weather conditions.

Saab

Ground-up defense campus built for speed, security, and mission-ready production.

KIRCO MANIX broke ground in April 2025 on a new Office and Light Assembly campus for Saab, a leading global defense company, in Grayling, Michigan. The site features three main buildings totaling 81,000 SF, along with up to 29 explosive storage bunkers and a fully fenced perimeter with 24/7 security.

Due to the site being located on land owned by the Department of Natural Resources, the project required additional approvals and two comprehensive environmental assessments to ensure full regulatory compliance. Completion is anticipated in July 2026.

The project has received several state grants to aid in its development. Notably, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) has provided funding to ensure a strong workforce in the area, and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has contributed to the road extension.

Rayconnect Phase 2

KIRCO MANIX recently completed a 30,000 square foot addition for Rayconnect in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Rayconnect is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of fluid handling quick connectors within the automotive and heavy duty truck industry with locations in France and the United States. KIRCO MANIX constructed their original LEED Gold facility in 2009. The additional space will allow Rayconnect to expand their manufacturing, assembly, and warehousing operations. The addition is placed over an existing storm retention area which required the construction of an underground storm water retention system.

Rayconnect Phase 1

Rayconnect is a 51,551-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for a global leader in fluid handling products and quick-connect systems serving the automotive and heavy-duty vehicle industries.

The project required precise integration of mechanical and electrical systems with specialized manufacturing processes, along with innovative solutions for site and stormwater challenges. KIRCO MANIX successfully delivered the facility while meeting LEED Gold certification standards.

This project achieved LEED Gold Certification for its reduction in energy use, water demand, recycled material and other sustainable strategies. Being a LEED Certified building demonstrates Rayconnect’s commitment to environmental responsibility and drove every aspect in the design and construction facility.
