Ascension Rochester Medical Office Building

Ascension Rochester Medical Office Building (formerly Crittenton MOB) is a Class A medical office building directly connected to Ascension Providence Hospital, a 290-bed acute care facility. Located near three major highways, the MOB is easily accessible; entrances to the campus off two main roads lead visitors to both open air and structure parking making this an ideal medical care destination for physicians and patients. 

Hospital management was seeking a real estate partner who would provide ownership opportunities for the hospital’s affiliated physicians, as well as create more medical office space while generating capital from existing assets. KIRCO purchased an existing building and developed and constructed the adjacent facility in order to meet these goals. 

KIRCO’s Property Management team was also given responsibility for maintaining the MOB in a Class A manner. KIRCO provides new tenants with a smooth transition to open a new location so physicians can concentrate on their business. The management team ensures the building is maintained in a Class A manner and is able to provide experienced construction during tenant renovations.
