Mike’s construction experience spans over 40 years, beginning as a field engineer at the Renaissance Center in Downtown Detroit, to becoming a highly recognized leader by industry peers for optimizing construction cost, schedule and quality. His ability to facilitate a project team through highly successful planning, scheduling and cost control techniques allows our project teams to satisfy customer’s expectations. Mike’s hands-on construction experience provides our projects with an insightful perspective for optimizing cost, quality and schedule. Mike recently celebrated his 30 year anniversary with the KIRCO organization.
Mike is responsible for implementing KIRCO MANIX’s overall construction management process for satisfying our customer’s expectations while assuring that our proven systems for quality assurance, cost control, timing and safety are used to deliver an outstanding project.
Mike manages the day to day construction operations of the KIRCO MANIX team and is committed to constructing every building with an “Ownership Mentality” – a mentality that says, “Build it as if KIRCO is going to own it.”
